UGHGH didn't like this. gross and funny at times im just so fed up with the current trends in horror (and movies in general). everything looks exactly the same. chasing shock value and nothing else. boo.

my first hitchcock! pretty good adaptation despite the fact that the last third had to be changed because of hollywood standards. well done on it's own though.

liked this a lot! very fall. really liked being inside the narrator's head. nauseating and exciting.

sooo wild and so uncomfortable. crazy piece of media. beautiful but so bizarre.

i did not like this...watched with friends for a birthday and it was a good time but definitely not for me.

watched this immediately after finishing the book. disappointed at the characterizations and lack of depth. it looked great and i love the style but as an adaptation this really let me down. at least let her burn down the town!!! ugh let us be angry!

my first stephen king! i enjoyed this! not always a big fan of multiple POVs but this was really fun to read. very tragic brutal female rage.

perfect quick afternoon movie. very 80s. robot slasher. predictable fun.

a movie about evil middle schoolers. tbh i think i peaked in 7th grade so this was not relatable (and for that i am grateful). i fear i was the spoiled little sister.

i needed this reminder to restore my agency. i have a life to live and will not let it be pawned off by big tech companies. my attention is mine!!!
most of this was not new information. i know google knows everything about me. i know social media is killing us and destroying democracy. but this was probably more of a matter of timing for me. the simulated stuff was all pretty dumb but overall this was effective and made me get the fuck off my phone.

this was cute, nothing extraordinary. i was under the impression it was sapphic, so that was a bit disappointing but the womanhood at the end was sweet and fun.
